Gary Glover is the VP of Security Assessment at SecurityMetrics and holds CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) and CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certifications. He has worked in the IT security industry for over 20 years and is well versed in the CMMC ecosystem, leading a team of CCAs and RPs that helps clients of all levels prepare for CMMC compliance validation.
Before SecurityMetrics, Gary spent more than a decade as a software engineer at Novell and other startups. He began his career as an aerospace engineer with McDonnell Douglas, conducting advanced technology research in the defense industry. He is an author of two U.S. patents and holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
At CMMC-PNW, Gary brings particular focus to two areas that often get overlooked: how primes can practically manage flow-down compliance to their subcontractor base, and how small Level 1 contractors can get clarity and support when they do not know where to start.
