Jerry is a trusted advisor to in-house counsel, compliance officers, and senior leaders, helping them navigate complex regulatory, legal, and contractual risks and obligations. Currently, he leads CMMC Advisors, supporting a diverse range of Defense and Critical Infrastructure suppliers in enhancing their cybersecurity resilience.
Previously, Jerry served as EVP and National Security & Compliance Director at CORTAC Group and spent 15 years at Microsoft. He has extensive involvement in cybersecurity and compliance on a national scale, including as:
- A plank member of the CMMC Accreditation Body Standards Workgroup (recognized with the Presidential Volunteer Service Award)
- Vice-Chair of the CMMC Industry Standards Council (CISC)
- A Provisional and Certified CMMC Assessor (PA, CCA)
- A Certified CMMC Professional (CCP) and Registered Practitioner (RP)
Jerry is a frequent national speaker, guiding Defense Industrial Base (DIB) executives on cybersecurity and DFARS/CMMC requirements. He enables leaders to understand their critical role in safeguarding customer, partner, supplier, and government relationships.
