Paul Stiglich is a Technical Department Acquisitions Manager in the Undersea Weapons Department (Code 30) at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC), Keyport Division. He brings more than 35 years supporting the Navy’s undersea mission across the Puget Sound, a career that began as a Missile Technician aboard Trident submarines and progressed through electronics, ship repair, and program management roles at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and the NAVSEA Warfare Centers. For more than a decade he has focused on acquisition and contract oversight, the government-side discipline of turning requirements into awarded, monitored work. A University of Washington business graduate and long-time Kitsap-area professional, Paul joins the Contract Officer Panel to show contractors how requirements really flow from Navy programs to the industrial base.
