Randy Blank is a federal construction program manager at Port Madison Construction Company (PMCC) with more than 39 years of experience leading design-build and design-bid-build projects across U.S. military installations. He has managed multidisciplinary federal contracting programs nationwide with a Pacific Northwest emphasis, including work at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Manchester Fuel Depot, Bremerton Naval Hospital, and the Bangor, Keyport, Indian Island, Everett, and Whidbey Island naval bases, along with Fairchild Air Force Base and Joint Base Lewis-McChord. He brings the prime contractor’s real-world perspective on why subcontractors need to be CMMC ready and on the staffing realities of meeting those requirements.
