Robert (Rob) Potter is the Chief Information Officer at Tessera in Bremerton, Washington, where he has led the organization’s CMMC compliance effort. In his own words: “With over 40 years of experience I have had the privilege to assemble and lead multiple high performing teams delivering outstanding customer service and creative solutions for customers and now employees. My primary focus is to continually look for process improvement opportunities that drive positive results while delighting the customer. My current role at Tessera/Skookum draws upon all my experiences and allows me to create and provide opportunities for adults with disabilities. Being part of the leadership team, we look for ways to leverage technology combined with business processes supporting our customers and employees.
A few years ago, the iPad at Tessera/Skookum was not part of our tool kit, now we have over a thousand deployed supporting our mission.” At CMMC-PNW he speaks to Tessera’s CMMC journey: when they started, the tools they used, the approach they took, and where they stand today.
