Ryan Bonner is the founder and CEO of DEFCERT, where he has led DFARS and CMMC compliance transformation projects for more than 150 manufacturers in the defense industrial base. He specializes in designing CMMC implementation plans for small and mid sized manufacturers that rely on third party IT service providers. A Marine Corps veteran with more than 13 years in IT security, and one of the first CMMC Provisional Assessors, he is a frequent speaker and educator, with appearances at the NDIA New England Cyber Conference, the CS2 CMMC Industry Days series, and ongoing CMMC town halls and podcasts. He brings a practical, implementation focused view to the panel.
