CMMC-PNW 2026

2-Day Conference

August 17-18, 2026 | Clearwater Casino, Suquamish, WA

CMMC is Already here. Heres what it means for you

If you sell to the Department of Defense/War, or supply someone who does, you now need CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification), the government’s way of verifying that companies in its supply chain actually protect sensitive information. It applies to primes and subcontractors alike, and the rule is already in effect, with requirements rolling into contracts through 2026. No certification at your required level means you can’t win the work. CMMC-PNW 2026 is where you get your questions answered, meet the solution providers who can get you certified, and connect with others across the Defense Industrial Base, so you’re ready before it costs you a contract.

Why Here. Why Now.

The Puget Sound region holds one of the densest concentrations of defense activity on the West Coast, from Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and the submarine base at Bangor to Joint Base Lewis-McChord and Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. Over the next twelve months, that base of work is set to grow sharply. The Navy’s Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program enters solicitation this year, with project costs estimated at up to $12.3 billion spanning marine upgrades and repairs, dry dock modernization, infrastructure improvements, and caisson projects. That work flows down to hundreds of regional subcontractors and suppliers.

To bid on it, you have to show CMMC readiness. The opportunity and the requirement are arriving on the same clock, in the same region, at the same time. CMMC-PNW 2026 is built for the DIB companies chasing that pipeline: the primes, the subs who may not yet realize the requirement reaches them, and the people turning compliance into won contracts.
