Tiffiney Groce is the Director of Education and Compliance at FutureFeed and a cybersecurity governance, compliance, and education leader with more than a decade of experience driving compliance and operational transformation across the defense, aerospace, healthcare, and financial services sectors.
At FutureFeed she develops the compliance guidance, education programs, and governance frameworks used by organizations across the Defense Industrial Base, translating requirements such as CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, and DFARS 252.204-7012 into practical, defensible guidance.
Before FutureFeed she was Director of Cybersecurity Compliance and Governance at Qarbon Aerospace, where she led the organization through CMMC Level 2 certification and helped carve out its standalone infrastructure during the divestiture from Triumph Group. She holds a B.A. in Economics and an MBA in Technology Management, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and has completed the requirements for the Certified CMMC Professional (CCP) credential, pending an L3 background check.
